Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Free Shipping: Available for Australian orders over $80
Orders placed Monday to Thursday are dispatched the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that Australia Post does not operate on Saturdays.
Every order is packed with care by our small team using minimal, low-waste packaging. We work closely with local regenerative farmers and suppliers, and we’re proud to keep our sourcing transparent and close to home.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and preferred shipping method. You’ll be able to review all costs before completing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number to lodge an inquiry.
In many cases, they can provide more immediate updates.

We’re so grateful for your support and trust in our products. Due to the handmade nature of our formulas and the use of seasonal, sensitive ingredients, all sales are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.
This is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not offer returns or refunds based on scent. Our unscented tallow products carry a naturally occurring aroma that reflects their purity.
We share full ingredient lists to help you make informed choices.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@talloskin.com.au within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
If an incorrect order was placed or the wrong address was provided, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your parcel gets back to us safely.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if approved), your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer a subscription service through Recharge for your convenience and savings.
Before each recurring order, you’ll receive a reminder email 3 days in advance. This is your opportunity to skip, delay or cancel your upcoming order before it is processed.
Once the 3-day window has passed and your order has shipped, we are unable to issue refunds or cancellations.
