At Tallo Skin, we offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Orders that are placed before 12:30pm Monday - Friday receive same day dispatch (not including Christmas downturn dates (December 20th 2024- 7th January 2025). Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Tallo Skin is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping.
Please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted based on product scent. Customers are advised that our tallow-based products may have a natural aroma for our unscented options.Â

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide details (including photos) within 5 days of purchase to hello@talloskin.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.Â
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
